Roof Seal Warranty Program

Pre-Coating Survey

In order to be eligible for warranty coverage, complete your Pre-Coating Survey before you begin application. Scan the QR code on your pail or start here.

How It Works

Your Roof Seal warranty is activated in six steps, starting with pre-inspection and ending with final registration. Each step builds on the one before it, so complete them in order to keep your coverage valid.

Step 1

Complete the Pre-Coating Survey

Scan the QR code on the pail or visit this page to submit your project details. This must be done before application, within 30 days of purchase.

Step 2

Get Confirmation

Bond It Customer Care reviews your submission and shares next steps within 1 business day.

Step 3

Prepare the Roof

Check for moisture, repair damaged areas, and prime asphalt, bitumen, or built-up roofing (BUR) substrates before coating.

Step 4

Apply Roof Seal

Apply the coating in a single coat, at the minimum rate for your warranty term, following the Installation Guide.

Step 5

Register the Project

Submit your final site details by completing the Post-Application Warranty Registration within 30 days of finishing installation.

Step 6

Maintain Records

Perform and document annual inspections for the life of the warranty.

Apply the Product

Follow the Installation Guide for surface prep, coverage, and cure time.

Roof Seal: Oxime Silicone is applied in a single coat by roller, brush, squeegee, or airless spray. Apply at the minimum rate for your warranty term (1.5 to 2.5 gallons per 100 square feet, depending on term length), and prime asphalt, bitumen, or built-up roofing (BUR) substrates with Bond It Bleed Blocker first.

Warranty Registration

Step 1

Complete Pre-Coating Survey

To be eligible for warranty, you must first register your project details by completing a Pre-Coating Survey. Bond It Customer Care will confirm receipt and review your submission within 1 business day.

Step 2

Perform the Installation

Once Bond It has approved your project, complete the installation according to the Installation Guide.

Step 3

Submit Post-Application Warranty Registration

Your warranty will become active once Bond It has confirmed and processed Post-Application Warranty Registration. Submit Post-Application Warranty Registration within 30 days of installation completion to activate your warranty.
