A TOUGH ADHESIVE TO BOND AND REPAIR ARTIFICIAL GRASS SURFACES

Astro Pro is a tough, elastic hybrid seaming adhesive for the installation of artificial grass surfaces. It is a superior adhesive suitable for use inside and out, in all weather conditions.  Astro Pro has excellent bonding properties even on wet surfaces.  Rapid cure time even at low temperatures. Remains fully elastic and can be painted with water based paints once dry. Meets ASTM C920, Type S, Grade NS, Use NT, M, G, A, O. Class 35. Exterior/Interior.

Typical Uses: Ideal for initial installation, maintenance and repair work of synthetic sport surfaces.

Instructions: Check substrates are clean and free of dust and grease. Carefully cut the tip of the cartridge, taking care not to damage the threaded area. Screw on the notched nozzle and place cartridge in a standard sealant gun. Apply the adhesive directly from the cartridge onto the seaming tape. Use a serrated trowel to spread evenly. Weigh down the joint to ensure a flat even seam. Join the artificial grass and allow to dry for a few minutes. Full cure will take approximately 24 hours. Remove any uncured adhesive with white spirit.

Coverage: Typically, one cartridge should cover approximately 13 feet (4.4yds) of jointing tape.

Storage: Cool, dry +41°F (5°C) to +77°F (25°C). Use within 12 months from date of manufacture.
